i am a partner in the firm where i practice in the areas of complex litigation, real estate law, business law and title insurance claims litigation.  

i am a frequent lecturer for various professional groups on real estate title insurance law and other insurance and real estate issues.  i coauthored "2005 title insurance case update", published in the aba tort & insurance law journal, winter 2005.  

i recieved my b.a. degree from the ohio state university and my j.d. degree from capital university school of law.

the law was a second career for me.  i spent the first 30 years of my adult working life as a marketing manager.  but the law always held fascination for me, so i attended capital law school and after graduating began a solo practice.  

in those early days i relied on the relationships i made in my working career and now most of my new clients are referrals from my old clients...something i’m particularly fond of.

i enjoy helping individuals and businesses solve their problems and my clients enjoy working with me.
